29) Group Dynamics! π§π»π§π»π§π»π§π»
Hello and welcome back to my blog!!!
Today I will just be discussing some of the things my group and I have faced.
So far, my new group has been great with the ideas and plots for filming. Everyone has been pulling their weight and are very, very good at staying on task. My group and I are prioritizing this project and we know that there's a time to have fun and joke around and a time to be serious and get to work. While this might seem like the normal reaction to working in a group project, surprisingly it's not. While my old group was just Mariana and I, the girls that we had got to be our actresses were always off task and hard to manage. By having a group with girls that are diligent and have the same goal in mind as me, it has become a whole lot easier to get our work done.
Although I have a full group, we have asked for external help from my cousin, James Nguyen and my friend, Jason Truong. James has been so kind and lent us his camera and agreed to help us film the scenes that involve the four of us girls and one of us are unable to film it ourselves. Jason has been so gracious to drive us around to the locations that we want to film without complaint. While unpaid, these two were so kind to lend a hand to help with our final project.
It wasn't in my intention to create a group with my friends, but to create a group with diligent and smart individuals who strive to not only pass but have a great score on their AICE exam, and I know with these girls I can do that. I am so excited to continue filming and piece my project together and see the final product with these girls!
